2020-21 Association-wide APPLE Training Institute Cancelled

We regret to inform you that the association-wide 2020-21 APPLE Training Institute events scheduled for October 9-11, 2020, in Orlando, Florida and January 22-23, 2021 in the Washington, DC area have been cancelled due to the uncertainty around the timing of return to campus activities as well as other financial and resource impacts of COVID-19 on NCAA and institutional operations. This decision was made in collaboration with the University of Virginia Gordie Center, which operates the APPLE Training Institute – an annual three-day training workshop for NCAA membership student-athletes, athletics administrators and campus partners to develop institution-specific substance misuse prevention plans.
