Jason Freeman is the Sports Psychologist in the University of Virginia’s Athletics Department, where he serves 25 varsity teams by providing mental health and well-being treatment, life and sport performance enhancement, concussion education/management, and psychoeducation of athletes, teams, and coaches. He previously worked at the UVA School of Medicine for 14 years, specializing in Sport Concussion, TBI, epilepsy, and cognitive and emotional impacts of End Stage Organ Disease and HIV.  Dr. Freeman is a licensed clinical psychologist and earned his Ph.D. from George Mason University.
