The Antonio Tsialas Leadership Foundation was born of tragedy. In 2019, Antonio Tsialas died in a hazing incident at Cornell University. His family was devastated. They created a program to ensure that no other family would experience this preventable heartbreak. They realized that there was a need for a leadership program to replace primitive campus traditions with a more compassionate way to build group belonging. Flavia Tomasello, co-founder of the ATLF, brought 25+ years of experience as a leader in the business world to a new arena. Today, she educates students, parents and educators about compassionate leadership and hazing prevention.
