Conference Registration

 

We are currently FULL for both conference locations.  Please click here to be added to the waitlist.   

A final update regarding the waitlist will be sent out in early December.  All schools on the waitlist will receive advance notice of the 2016 conference registration details next summer.

Team Requirements for Attendance at APPLE:

  • Select a team of at least four, but no more than six members as their "prevention" team.  At least two members must be student-athletes.   Individual names are not required until the October 2014. 
  • Complete individual participant registration by December 3, 2014
  • Complete the Athletics Department Pre-conference Survey within 3 weeks of team registration
  • Conduct a pre-conference meeting with APPLE team prior to conference
  • Complete first follow-up survey by March 31, 2015
  • Complete second follow-up survey by October 31, 2015

Cost

$350 per institution (on or before October 31, 2014)
$400 per institution (November 1, 2014 or later)

Conference Registration Fee includes the following for each team of 4-6 individuals:

  • Shared double occupancy hotel rooms on Friday and Saturday night.
  •  Meals beginning with the Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast
  • Conference materials

*Schools are responsible for their own transportation to and from the conference

Cancellation Policies:

Team/School Cancellation:

  • Cancellation on or before November 1, 2014 will result in a full refund of your registration fee.
  • Cancellation made between November 2, 2014 and January 4, 2015 will result in a forfeit of your registration fee.
  • Cancellations made after January 5, 2015 will result in forfeiting your registration fee plus an additional $200.

Individual Cancellation Policy:
(These fees will not apply if an alternate participant of the same gender is selected to attend.)

  • Cancellation of individual participant registration after December 19, 2014 will result in a $50 fee.
  • Cancellation of individual participant registration 7 days prior to the conference will result in a $100 fee.
