Conference Registration

Registration is now open for the January 2016 Conferences.

You do not need to know the names of your team members to register.  Deadline for individual team member registration is November 1.  A seperate link is sent to team contacts once your team is registered.  
  Registering now reserves a spot for your school. 

Register early since limited spots are available and the conference fills up by early October! 

Cost (Payment required at time of registration):

$350 per institution (on or before October 31, 2015)
$400 per institution (November 1, 2015 or later)

Conference Registration Fee includes the following for each team of 4-6 individuals:

  • Shared double occupancy hotel rooms on Friday and Saturday night.
  •  Meals beginning with the Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast
  • Conference materials

*Schools are responsible for their own transportation to and from the conference

Team Requirements for Attendance at APPLE:

  • Select a team of at least four, but no more than six members as their "prevention" team.  At least two members must be student-athletes.  You may begin to register team members once your school is registered.
  • Complete individual participant registration by November 1, 2015
  • Complete the Athletics Department Pre-conference Survey by November 1, 2015
  • Conduct a pre-conference meeting with APPLE team prior to conference
  • Complete first follow-up survey in March 2016
  • Complete second follow-up survey in October 2016

Cancellation Policies:

Team/School Cancellation:

  • Cancellation on or before November 1, 2015 will result in a full refund of your registration fee.
  • Cancellation made between November 2, 2015 and January 4, 2016 will result in a forfeit of your registration fee.
  • Cancellations made after January 5, 2016 will result in forfeiting your registration fee plus an additional $200.

Individual Cancellation Policy:
(These fees will not apply if an alternate participant of the same gender is selected to attend.)

  • Cancellation of individual participant registration after December 17, 2015 will result in a $50 fee.
  • Cancellation of individual participant registration 7 days prior to the conference will result in a $100 fee.
